We smoke hamburger meat and chunks of our Choice steak and smoke it for a few hours while the seasonings, vegetables, and beans simmer. Then we mix it together and smoke it some more. You've probably never had chili quite like this. It's a must-try for all chili fans.

Our potato soup is a thick cream-based soup with chopped baked potatoes, bacon bits, cheese, and chives. Like a creamy loaded baked potato. It is NOT a thin runny soup.

Nothing fancy. We serve the good ole' Kraft Mac n' Cheese we all grew up with.
